recently had a fantastic experience at my local Walmart thanks to Will at the checkout register. From the moment I approached his lane, Will greeted me with a warm smile and genuine friendliness that immediately made the whole process feel smooth and positive. He was incredibly efficient—scanning items quickly while chatting just enough to keep things light and engaging. When I had a question about a price adjustment on one of my items, Will handled it without hesitation, double-checking the system and making sure everything was accurate. He even took the extra step to bag my groceries thoughtfully, separating the heavy items from the fragile ones, which not many cashiers do these days. What stood out most was his patience and helpful attitude, especially during a busy time when lines were long. Will stayed calm, professional, and focused on making sure every customer felt valued. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and represents Walmart’s customer service values perfectly. Thank you, Will—you made my shopping trip better! Walmart is lucky to have team members like you. Highly recommend his register if you’re in the store.

If you’re doing pick up order prepare to wait forever… the staff drags their feet and does not have any get up and go about them to get the orders out in a timely manner. They clearly need more training and need to have more urgency and awareness. They’re on their phones , walking slow and clearly attitudes and faces show they do not care.

The online pickup is an absolute joke. We've had multiple pickup items on MANY occasions be missing, broken, rotten, or replaced without notice. We can't talk to the store to get it corrected, they have us call a 1-800 number every time and it's an extreme headache and hassle. And managers are NEVER available....store manager or market manager are "conveniently" either on another call or not in the store. Don't waste your time doing pickup. Either go in yourself or go someplace else

Multiple times I have tried on clothes at this location and the employee at the fitting rooms has made me feel very uncomfortable. She openly complains about her job and talked to another coworker about closing the fitting rooms early as she helped me, which made us feel awkward. I didn’t want to come back and try on new clothes. She was rude and made my friend and I very uncomfortable. I’ve had problems with her in the past and I’m tired of having to face her to try on clothes. I don’t usually complain like this but at this point it is necessary. She was working at 8:00 pm on March 18th.
